How does the pen work?
The smart pen is equipped with a camera and sensors that scan movement on the specially patterned digital paper in the SmartNote notebook. Movements are then digitally recorded and transmitted in real time to the app via Bluetooth, transforming your handwritten notes into digital format.

What happens if the ink in the pen runs out or dries out?
The pen is a ballpoint pen and comes with 3 replacement D1 refills included in the package. Should the ink run out, it can be easily replaced with the included refill, ensuring continuous use without interruption.
