Refund Policy

Open purchase
You have the right to a 30-day money-back guarantee on your product. The product must be in unused condition, i.e. no pages in your SmartNote may be written on or removed when returned.

Shipping for open purchases
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item within the open purchase period. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Complaint
For most items, in the unlikely event that your product is defective, you can claim it from us within 365 days of receiving your delivery.

To be eligible for a claim, your product must be unused in a way that has not caused external damage or moisture to the product.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send an email using our contact form.

Shipping under warranty
If your product is defective, please let us know with your name and order and we will provide you with a return label. As soon as the product is sent to us, we will send you a new unit.

NOTE - If you are shipping an item over 750 SEK, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
